烈身拳
Liuhe Lieshen Quan
Lieshen boxing (烈身拳), is a special set of skills that synonymous with the Yihe street of Cangzhou’s southern lake area. Here practitioners of both Chahua Men and Liuhe Men would often train and exchange skills.Lieshen Quan actually was brought to Cangzhou by a Bafan Men/Chuojiao master who had relocated from the Baoding area. After being acknowledged for his skills, M Li Fenggang, hired him as member of the Chengxing Logistics Security Bureau. This boxing was then taught to Hui community which included both Liuhe Quan and Chahua Quan practitioners.
These were originally known as Lieshen Fan and was a part of the old boxing methods from the Baoding prefecture at the time. The method was adopted into Da Liuhe Men, it contains practical combat elements such rapid kicks and changing fists that can deceive opponents and differentiated stepping to enter opponents guards skillfully.
The 4th generation of Cangzhou Da Liuhe Men M. Li Shaofu was renowned for his Lieshen Quan, as were M. Wang Binrong, Hu Yuntian and Hu Yunxiang.
